Trickster Fae, noted for their shapeshifting abilities. Seen as an "omen". Always have black hair and dark brown eyes (in no matter what shape they take). They are drawn to tragedies and large scale catastrophes before they happen.

They often lure people to them and then play malicious games with them, such as becoming a horse and waiting for someone to get on their back and leading them on a violent and wild ride. While in the midst of such a malicious prank or upon witnessing the tragedy that drew them to this spot their eyes are often described as being "aflame".
